Achava has a Hebrew origin meaning friendship. Achava is a minority owned (SCS, SBE, DBE) and operated commercial cleaning service based in Seattle. The core values of the business will be to operate with a customer and employee centric approach to deliver the highest standards.
Christopher Hill, President
Christopher Hill, Founder of Achava Cleaning, grew up in the Tacoma area. After graduating from Washington State University, Chris moved to the Greater Seattle area. With Chris' extensive experience and background in operations and management, he has decided to pursue his entrepreneurial dream of starting his own business!
Chris resides in the West Seattle neighborhood with his 5 year old daughter.
Dion Bethea, Vice President, Sales & Operations
Dion Bethea grew up in the Seattle area and graduated from Rainier Beach High School in 1997. Shortly after, he enlisted in the Marine Corps, where he served honorably until 2001. That same year, Dion began his career in window cleaning and high-rise maintenance, working on buildings across Washington, Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Louisiana.
Dion currently lives in Tacoma, WA, with his wife, Tiffany. Together, they have a large and loving family with 10 children and 4 grandchildren.
Vince Shields, Vice President of Training & Facility Services
Vince Shields is a skilled tradesman with over 15 years of experience in window cleaning. In addition to his window cleaning expertise, he is a certified journeyman in waterproofing and a versatile handyman. Vince has also held roles as a maintenance specialist and manager, showcasing his broad knowledge in building upkeep and repair.
Outside of work, Vince enjoys staying active through his favorite hobbies—working out, playing basketball, and spending time outdoors.
